Pat has been an entrepreneur, a corporate executive, and a thought-leading academic. He consults with executives seeking to build their organizations' strategic capability and success.
In his current work as a consultant and executive coach, Pat’s passion is helping leaders to create their strategic agenda, engage their teams, and achieve stellar results. He focuses on assisting leaders to develop a culture of trust to drive the results they aspire to achieve. In his executive capacity, Pat worked for Cisco Systems and Stanford University. Pat has chaired leadership programs for Chinese Ministries' senior enterprise executives via Cisco-Peking University Leadership Institute. For his clients, Pat has coached, consulted, and collaborated with Silicon Valley shakers and movers, including Bay Area firms/organizations such as Cadence Systems, the Bay Area Council, German International School of Silicon Valley. He is well-versed in training leaders/executives cross-culturally (Asian vs American).
As an executive, Pat has built organizations from scratch, turned around failing organizations, and scaled others. At Stanford University, Pat served as Senior Associate Vice Present of Talent Management and Workforce Strategy, with overall responsibility for leadership development, learning management, and performance excellence of university staff.
